This is an exciting opportunity to join our young, dynamic and expanding company that is bringing a specialist, premium and credible crew placement service to the global super and expedition yacht market.

We are looking for someone with first-hand recruitment and superyacht industry experience, this is vital in order to deliver a premium service to our clients and candidates alike and in so doing, you will grow Insignia Crew’s brand and presence in the market place.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will play a key role in building strong relationships with both clients and candidates, getting to know both so that you develop a deep understanding of your client’s culture and their staffing requirements, as well as the qualities and aspirations of your candidates.

The role will be challenging, but also exciting, as the industry is fast-paced and demanding. As our business is in a phase or real growth, energy and pace are crucial.
